ReaDOP: Enhancing Precision and Efficiency in Animal Traceability

ReaDOP (Read DOP/PDO) is an automated, AI-powered animal tattoo code verification system that ensures real-time traceability of ham products throughout the supply chain, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
ReaDOP can digitally read the producer’s code on each pig.

ReaDOP redefines traditional animal traceability, offering a comprehensive solution that overcomes the limitations of manual methods at abattoirs.

Automated Data Collection

ReaDOP automates data capture, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and stramlining the workflow.

Data Recording Accuracy

Thanks to automated data collection and recording, ReaDOP reduces the risk of human error.

Labor Costs Containment

ReaDOP automates traceability, saving time and reducing extra personnel costs.

Enhanced Time Management

ReaDOP provides quick, automated verification of tattoo codes, enhancing speed and reliability.

Integration with External Systems

ReaDOP easily integrates with third-party systems, guaranteeing data integrity within the abattoir.

How ReaDOP system works

1

Robot for image acquisition (or fixed cameras)

Placed along the slaughter line in the most suitable and convenient position for the slaughterhouse in terms of security and optimal lighting conditions.

2

Software AI for image and data processing

Photos are processed by A.I. which annotates anatomical sections and proposes diseased areas in red.

3

Results reporting and integration

The veterinarians and/or health authorities will have immediate access to the results provided by the software to double verify, when required, the annotated images.
